Mr. Sipho Dlamini, who manages a large manufacturing plant in Boksburg, stated, “We need at least five top-notch welders and three industrial electricians right now. The work is piling up, the orders are flowing, but finding people with the right qualifications and real-world experience is a challenge. We prefer to hire our own Boksburg residents, but we are struggling.” This sentiment is echoed by many employers in the area, highlighting the urgent need for skilled workers.
